Classical Yoga
Classical Yoga:
This full one hour class will take you through a complete range of stress relieving postures, 5 Sun Salutations and a guided relaxation, leaving you feeling energized and balanced.


Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga:
This beginner level practice will focus on the key component of any yoga practice, breath work, in order to unite mind, body and spirit. You will move through several postures/asanas with an emphasis on awakening the spine and end the practice with a relaxing meditation.


Hatha Yoga 2
Hatha Yoga 2:
This practice will focus on three individual segments. The core, upper body and lower body. Each segment will have you moving to unite mind, body and spirit.


Hatha Yoga Core
Hatha Yoga Core:
This practice will focus on the core. Work your midsection using various yoga postures and movements.


Hatha Yoga Core Upper Body
Hatha Yoga Core Upper Body:
This practice will focus on the core and the upper torso. Work your midsection using various yoga postures and movements. Stretch, tone and strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest and back using various yoga postures and movements.


Hatha Yoga Lower Body
Hatha Yoga Lower Body:
This practice will focus on the thighs and glutes. Tone and strengthen your lower body using various yoga postures and movements.


Hatha Yoga Upper & Lower Body
Hatha Yoga Upper & Lower Body:
This practice will focus on the upper torso as well as the lower body. Tone and strengthen your upper and lower body using various yoga postures and movements.


Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga:
Breath-synchronized movement is by definition what Vinyasa yoga is all about. You will move through a variety or postures, sequences and salutations with your focus being on the movements being done in harmony with inhales and exhales of breath.
