Our webcasts were created to appeal to many different fitness levels and personal interests. For example, we offer a variety of full body cardio, resistance training, sculpting and spinning workouts. We also offer videos that combine fitness disciplines, such as interval training, fusion fitness and dance workouts. If you enjoy yoga or pilates, we teach several styles and include integrated workouts as well. BOSU stands for BOth Sides Up. This class takes advantage of using the BOSU both ball up and ball down to enhance the challenge of this full body routine.


Classical Yoga

This full one hour class will take you through a complete range of stress relieving postures, 5 Sun Salutations and a guided relaxation, leaving you feeling energized and balanced.


Cycle Odyssey
Cycle Odyssey:
This studio cycling class will take you through an intermediate to advanced level workout. Combinations or pyramid power jumps, hills and sprints will get your heart racing and your legs burning!


Full Body Tone
Full Body Tone:
Create strength and muscle tone with this full body workout. You have a choice of using dumbbells, a body bar or a band to train those muscles.


Hatha Yoga

This beginner level practice will focus on the key component of any yoga practice, breath work, in order to unite mind, body and spirit. You will move through several postures/asanas with an emphasis on awakening the spine and end the practice with a relaxing meditation.

This practice will focus on three individual segments. The core, upper body and lower body. Each segment will have you moving to unite mind, body and spirit.

This practice will focus on the thighs and glutes. Tone and strengthen your lower body using various yoga postures and movements.

The Ab Lab

Short and sweet but definitely not easy. This Abs Class will have you move though 10 different abdominal exercises back to back for an intense burn to bring out that washboard.
